    Yes. All non-LEGO brands we offer are compatible with standard LEGO® bricks, unless the product description clearly states otherwise. This includes product lines such as LOZ micro bricks, which use smaller-scale bricks and are not compatible with standard LEGO® size.

    Do you deliver across Lebanon?

    Yes. We deliver all across Lebanon. At the moment, we do not accept orders outside Lebanon.

    How fast is shipping?

    Delivery times depend on your location, but generally:

    • Standard delivery: 3–5 business days — $4 (free on orders over $100)
    • Express delivery: 2–3 business days — $6
    • A self pick-up option is also available.

    Orders placed before 5PM are sent the same business day. Orders placed after 5PM are sent the next business day.

    Can I pick up my order instead of delivery?

    Yes. We offer drive-by pick-up in Fanar, Lebanon after placing an order online. Pick-up details are shared once your order is confirmed. Please note that we are not a walk-in store — the pick-up location is drive-by only, and a team member will meet you to hand over your order.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    We currently accept Cash on Delivery and Whish only.

    What's the returns policy?

    Exchanges are possible only if the product is sealed and undamaged. Please contact us first so we can guide you through the exchange process.
